In a world full of tired women I feel it is essential to keep sharing about ways to replenish, restore, and recharge our precious energy. Energy is everything, especially for a woman. I have written about energy replenishing many times before. This time I would like to share a list of things that can help you (and helps me all the time) to recharge quickly and powerfully.
Some of them you probably already know about, and if you do I suggest you finally try doing it. After all, one of the main ways for a woman to recharge quickly is to do something body-related, and “doing” of them.
So, what are those powerful ways to recharge for a woman quickly?
1.Focus on yourself
Whenever you feel completely depleted, stop everything that you are doing, and focus on yourself. One of the first signs of energy depletion is quick irritation from everything, from your loved ones, increased emotional reactions, and pickiness. So, when you spot these, stop and focus on yourself. Evaluate your body from head to toe. Note the tension you have and where it is. Start breathing deeply and with awareness. That will be already enough to feel better.
2.Nature
I have mentioned it before and will mention it again now. Nature never ever fails to recharge me. When you feel drained, after a long day or long life, drop everything and go talk to mother Nature. It will listen, it will soothe, it will heal. Always. You can either find a wilder area with just you and trees or mountains around, or you can take a walk around your neighborhood. Either way, try to move with awareness too – consciously paying attention to your breathing, how your lungs expand, how your feet move one after another, how does the ground feel. If you can, do it barefoot. Have a sensual date with nature, taste, and feel it.
3.Creative Hands
Do something with your hands. Creativity is key for a woman, and especially if you get creative with your own hands. I used to do that a lot and I kind of stopped lately, but I know how important it is so I am planning to start doing it again. What exactly to do? Anything really. Drawing, sewing, baking, pottery, working in the garden, braid and/or brush your daughter’s (dog’s) hair, massage yourself (double bonus), prepare herbal potions, learn sign language. Literally any arts and crafts activity. I guaranteed the recharge of energy almost instantly.
4.Talk To Someone
Talking with a woman is a great distraction, and also a great source of energy. It is best to talk to another woman, whether it is your best friend or a mother. The conversation will recharge you and you will feel better in the end. One important rule to remember here: as a woman, your mission is to carry and cultivate beauty. So try to avoid bad words, judgmental conversations, and gossiping. All of those carry lower vibrational energy that will actually do the opposite and deplete you even more. Talk sweet, kind words in a nice and kind manner.
5.Supplement
The reason for depletion could be very simple and that is a lack of vitamins or minerals. You can either do a blood test or just go intuitive and search around on what you may lack. From my own experience, these are the best sources of instant energy boost that never fail: iodine, vitamin B complex (not just one, all of them), Ashwagandha (as part of Adrenal Gland support), iron. Most likely you are already lacking one or the other as we are rarely aware of how balanced our diet is. Do your tests and find out the missing piece, and start supplementing. You’ll thank me later.
6.Synchronize
Did you hear about circadian rhythms? I would highly suggest you look into this because your body naturally follows the time of Nature and when it is least and most active internally. For instance, melatonin that helps us relax and go to sleep starts to secrete around 9 pm. That means it is naturally the time for us to start getting ready to sleep. The deepest sleep happens from 2 am to 4 am. When you follow those natural rhythms, eventually your body will adjust to follow it too and you won’t need to use an alarm clock to wake up.
7.Citrus Fragrance
You can smell them or add them to your baths, diffusers, spray for the room. All citrus fragrances like orange, lemon, and lime, are stimulating and elevate the mood very well. Try to find a perfume with citrus notes and it will keep your energy up throughout the day. I like to add a slice of orange to my herbal or green tea.
8.Wash Your Face
It may be the last thing you thought of but washing your face really refreshes you and gives you an instant energy boost. Make sure you use cool water. You can also just take a cool shower or even take a dive in a cool pool. Not only colder water stimulates your blood flow and metabolism, but energetically it takes away your tension and stress, and foreign negative energy. And that latter one is a frequent reason for energy loss.
Types Of Energy
Additionally, I would like to stress that there are different types of energy that you can lack depending on the level and our bodies. To clarify, we do have more than just a physical body and those other subtle bodies also need energy, imagine that.
On a physical level, it is physiological energy that our body needs. The ways to receive it are good sleep, healthy food, regular physical exercises, relaxation, and light meditation for beginners.
Ether energy is generating on an ether level and we need it for both physical and ether body. The ways to recharge on this level are: running, physical exercises again, meditative exercises like tai chi, and special spiritual techniques to receive energy (breathing exercises, visualizations, etc.)
Astral energy is another type of energy we need and use on the astral level. We need it to feel empowered, to fight for something, to influence others (those are all more masculine sides), to develop extrasensory abilities and intuition (these ones more feminine). Here are ways to recharge yourself on this astral level: sleep (not a lot), some martial arts, exercises for relaxation, and meditation.
The mental level has the mental energy that we use to think, reflect, analyze, make decisions, create ideas. The ways to increase this energy are special meditations aimed to gain more of this specific energy, exercises for your brain (all “brainy” activities) like chess, reading, writing, any intellectual activity.
Spiritual energy comes to us from Spirit (go figure) and is usually represented as a pillar of light coming to us from above down to the tip of our head and inside our body. It is called Spirit Flow. The diameter of this pillar is about 7 inches. If you are aware of it and have it, you can direct the Spiritual energy to come into you daily. Do it as often as needed until you feel recharged. Unfortunately, many people do not have this connection due to their beliefs (or disbelieves in this case).
Are you already practicing any of those? Does it feel good to you?
