Today I would like to share an ancient exercise for women that has so very many good benefits – Belt of Aphrodite. This practice is about accumulating feminine energy and literally sucking it inside like a vacuum. It gives us, ladies, more energy in general, and makes us more attractive and sensual.
This practice consists of breathing and physical exercises. Here are the benefits of it:
+ it tones up muscles of your pelvic floor which makes us more youthful, healthy and beautiful for longer time
+ with active breathing we cleanse our energetic system and lymphatic system
+ deep inside you will activate very subtle and sacred subconscious programs of femininity
+ we gather the exact amount of energy that we need at that exact moment

Practice “Belt of Aphrodite”
There are three steps in this practice and at the beginning we should learn to breathe. Breathing should be the same throughout all three steps: drawing the belly in as you inhale, and expanding it out and relaxing as you exhale. When you inhale and exhale, it should be rather fast and without any additional effort, naturally fast. Your belly should vibrate as you breather. This kind of breathing happens during orgasm. Once you learn how to breathe, you can start the exercise.
Step 1. “Belly breathing”. Stand up straight with straight back and hands relaxed. Start breathing as fast as you can the same way that was described earlier. You belly should go back and forth. Do about 30-40 inhales and exhales, then relax for one minute. Repeat three times.
Step 2. “Muscles contraction”. Breathe the same manner, where you draw the belly in with inhale and relax it with the exhale. Now add the element of muscles contractions: as you inhale, draw the belly in and contract all the perineal muscles, as you exhale – relax everything. Repeat three times, for three minutes each, with an interval of one minute of rest in between.
Step 3. “Lock”. Repeat first two steps and add another element – when you exhale you do not relax but make a “lock”. “Lock”, or mula bandha, is a yogic contraction of muscles that you hold contracted for some time. As you inhale and exhale, your perineal muscles should be “locked”. Hold it for as long as you can. It is normal if it does not stay locked for a long time at the beginning. It gets better with practice. Average time of holding the muscles contracted is three minutes. After that, relax and have rest. Repeat three times.
For beginners, especially with both breathing and muscles contracting, it is best to do everything to the best of your ability. Have lots of rest and make pauses in between steps. As you become better in this exercise, you can make your steps longer in time.
Best times to do this practice are morning and evening. But if you do it any time during the day it is also good. It will only give you additional energy.
Avoid doing this exercise if you are pregnant.
When you do this exercise regularly, you will start feeling the results more and more. Since it is a very powerful practice, regardless of its seemingly simple steps, it will affect you energetically and only in a good way. People around you will notice that rather fast as well.
