There are some habits that every woman should have in her life if she wants to feel full of life, healthy and happy. These wonderful feminine habits will also help you to organize your life better so that you have more time to do the things you love and to spend it more with your loved ones.
You can print them out and solemnly put in on a wall. Or, you can make sticky notes and put them everywhere around the house. I am trying to decide which way I will do it.
Here are these habits.
Habits for Every Woman on Earth
Every day find 30 minutes to spend on yourself. And that is a minimum.
Learn how to do a facial massage and perform it on yourself.
Create a calendar of self-care and follow it daily.
Give compliments to yourself every single day
Leave everyone and everything to spend time in nature every once in a while to release feelings and emotions.
Learn what takes up most of your time.
If you have spare 10 minutes, do yourself a head massage or foot massage.
Go through your wardrobe and create sets of clothes to save time when you need to get dressed.
Plan your time off and relaxation. Without planning your time off will be spent on something else and you won’t get a chance to properly relax.
Sing whenever possible, no matter your abilities. This helps you connect better with your emotions. Next time you are mad, sing it.
Start every morning with (right) intention and meditation.
Get together with your girlfriends regularly.
Learn about your rhythms (circadian, cyclical) and then plan everything according to them. Plan the most challenging projects and tasks when your energy is the highest (usually ovulation for women).
Watch your energy level and level of tiredness.
Learn to say “no” to anything that you do not like or that makes you uncomfortable.
Learn to prioritize and separate most important things from least important.
Dedicate 1 hour a week to the project that you are mostly stuck with.
Set aside a specific amount of time when you will check all your social media and emails, and the rest of the time don’t do that.
Go outside for a walk for some fresh air with every chance you have.
Move whenever your body asks you for that.
Before you do or say anything, ask yourself “Why do I really need this?”
Note the things that take away your energy.
Give yourself small gifts and spoil yourself.
Learn your menstrual cycle and how it affects the way you feel every day.
Listen to your body more, note its reactions to things.
Learn to really listen to your loved ones, this will make your relationships stronger.
Take yourself out on a date, start a romantic affair with yourself (if when you are not single)
Relax your mind before sleep.
Jot down all of the ideas that come to your mind.
Learn to share your feelings the right way with others.
Honestly accept the way you feel about things.
Organize your wardrobe at the beginning of every season.
Pay more attention to the way you walk and your posture.
Every day look at something beautiful.
Do all of the necessary exams with all the specialists regularly.
Regulate your sleep habits.
Create a list of things you need to have on every trip, short or long. Save it somewhere in your planner so that every time you don’t need to figure it out once again and rush. You can update it by adding something relevant to every trip.
Learn new ways to do your hair.
At least once a month visit something cultural: art exhibition, museum, theater.
Choose the least busy time to shop when there are no people to save time and to avoid waiting in lines.
Connect and communicate more often with your internal feminine.
Set a few meal plans for the week so that you don’t have to suffer deciding what to cook.
Create a shopping list in advance specifically for preplanned meals and only add items that are absolutely needed when you shop.
Become friends with your intuition.
Make sure that your home healing/first aid kit has all the necessities.
Try to delegate all the projects that you cannot stand.
Always invest 1/10 of your income in your personal growth and education.
Start the diary of your wins and successes. And read it sometimes.
Be a totally relaxed vegetable on a couch or bed periodically for a whole day.
Look into the eyes of your loved ones more and hug them more.
Make a list of things you love about yourself, and make sure to update it regularly.
