When you start your feminine journey the first and easiest step to take would be your physical appearance and environment around you, so outside world. I talked about it in my last article so you can refresh your memory by taking a glance at it again. To quickly recap, to be more feminine you need to pay more attention to how you dress, what you eat, and how exercise as a woman. Once you figured it out, time to move to the next level. Today I will be talking about the emotional level and how to be more feminine there.
Emotions in Femininity
What is emotional femininity? If we think about what emotions usually are associated with being more feminine and valuable, we can easily identify some. Usually, those are:
Ability to forgive
Expression of love
Ability to deescalate
Expression of kindness
Expression of care
These are some emotions and emotional qualities of a woman that people appreciate and value more. However, we also have some that we would call negative emotions. They can make life harder not only for a woman herself but also for her loved ones.
If a woman experiences negative emotions, usually those would include:
Being easily offended
So, take a moment now, go to a mirror and look at yourself. Observe your face while observing what is inside right now, and try to identify what emotions do you have now. What is it that you feel now? What is your state of mind? Try to be honest and open, you are only revealing them to yourself now. We all want to be sweet and nice but it is hard to be like that all time, isn’t it?
How Our Emotions Came To Be
Why does it happen that what we feel inside and how we want to be is not how we really are? Women are different from men and we literally are much more emotional than men. To be precise, we are 9 times more emotional! This is where we can find our weakness but if we are smart we can actually find empowerment and strength in it.
When a girl is born in a family most of her upbringing is focused on physical appearance – how she looks, if she is clean, healthy, what she eats, etc. Her emotional upbringing and development depend highly on her mother and mother’s emotions, as well as other women around her. So, whatever her mom feels, the daughter will soak in like a sponge. If mom is happy and calm, a baby girl will be growing up like this too. And if her mother is unhappy or worrying, the daughter will be copying her and adopt her emotional style.
Now that you learned it, you can realize that we have great responsibilities as women because of that. Our daughters, future women, depend on us and how we are around them. And every little girl that you spend your time with too. So, if we are a mess emotionally, or we are being negative, or too closed up, if we forgot how to handle our emotions, we cannot share anything healthy. We cannot initiate them in anything because we cannot find harmony within ourselves.
Healing Our Emotions
So what should we do about it? How do we heal that and how do we change it to more positive emotions? How to be more feminine emotionally?
The way to do it is to cleansing. Yes, you heard it right. There is no need to actually change your personality for that. We are all different and in it lays our beauty. So we should never change ourselves. We cannot do that, really. We can however cleanse ourselves and our personality. How does it work, you may wonder? That means, you can still be the same but a little bit calmer at the same time.
Once you cleanse yourself, you still have worrying inside of you but there is nothing to worry about. Or you can still be impulsive but there is nothing to be impulsive about. Or you can still be cranky but no reason to be. How does it sound to you? I think it is refreshing to know about it. It is also an easier way to work with your emotions that will help you be more feminine.
Ways To Self-Cleanse
There are several ways you can cleanse yourself that will help you with your emotions. Here are some of them.
ꕥ When you do a house cleaning, you actually do an internal self-cleaning at the same time, believe it or not. Besides, that will also put you in a better mood and you will be more prone to positive emotions.
ꕥ When we listen to calmer more harmonious music (meditative music, mantras, spiritual music, nature sounds, light classical or instrumental music) we start having less negative emotions. Music has an incredible ability to support us in that. Additionally, you can listen to certain Solfeggio frequencies to strengthen the effect. I am listening to them lately all the time.
ꕥ When we cook with love and kind intention we plant serenity in the entire household. Everyone who eats the food we cooked will absorb the same emotions you had while cooking, so cook with peace and love in mind and heart.
ꕥ When we hang paintings full of harmony and beauty on the walls of our space instead of dark or disturbing images. Images and colors have energy and if they are of lower energy, they bring this vibe in our home. Happy and positive paintings elevate our emotions.
ꕥ By wearing beautiful clean clothes at home we like each other much more. It is hard to like ourselves when we are dressed in something that is “just for the inside”. Try to wear pretty skirts, sensual dresses, or flowy robes. They will change your mood, and your partner’s mood too.
ꕥ When we invite loved ones to forgive and spread forgiveness, we harmonize our family through ourselves. We are the vessel and the channel through which that calm and forgiving energy comes in. That is amazing to be that, isn’t it?
As you can see, those are not so difficult to do. And the result is simply magical. We make the world literally better and happier while becoming more feminine. Our female nature is pure since birth. So as we grow up and live our life, we need to learn how to keep and maintain that purity. We need to know how to keep the purity of our thoughts, our words, and our actions.
