In the first part of this article we learned about various mantras for women that are very beneficial to recite and chant. Those mantras were primarily aimed to a certain female deity or Goddess, but there are much more mantras for women that any of us can use in certain situations for specific female needs. Let’s look at them.
Mantra for woman’s happiness
This mantra is best to chant first thing in the early morning. It helps women not only to find happiness in personal life but also to attract blessings to the existing family. Additionally, this mantra helps making your biggest wish come true and even change your whole life for better.

Chanting this mantra will help to increase the sense of beauty and femininity. Young women should recite this mantra while they take care of themselves, their body and skin, their hair, during shower or bath.
Om Kamaya Kleem Kaminayaee Kleem
Mantra to awaken feminine energy
This mantra is the mantra of an absolute feminine. It is called “Sri Devi Stotram”. This mantra consists of 108 names of female Deity, or Mother Goddess, representing all feminine, a hymn of the feminine. They are also the names of Goddess Lakshmi. Each of them represents a certain aspect of the feminine. If you chant this mantra, you can get deeply connected to and learn about your feminine nature and purpose. It balances your energies, helps with healing female diseases and improves overall sense of woman’s well being. Since there are 108 repetitions, I won’t include the full text here but to guide you to the right direction, it starts with these three verses:
Om Adya Shaktya Namaha
Om Maha Devya Namaha
Om Ambikaya Namaha…
Moon Mantra
This mantra is dedicated to the planet Moon, which is an ultimate feminine planet. This planet governs and grants femininity, intuition, motherhood, and is connected with Water element and just all the feminine. If you chant this mantra 12 times (12 full circles with 108 repetition each) every full moon, meaning all 12 months, or a whole year, on the 13th time all the goods of the world will be yours. It is a challenge but worth trying. First time you should chant this mantra outside, right under the full moon. Then you can do it indoors or even if it is cloudy outside. It is important to set intention and understand what you want before you start chanting it, and how it connects you with the feminine and what you will do with it once you get it.
Om Sri Gaya Adi Chandra Aya Namaha
Mantra for healing the feminine
Chant this mantra when you want to heal your feminine, or when you learned that you feminine is wounded. You may go over these signs of wounded or traumatized feminine, which is unfortunately common for most modern women. This mantra also helps finding femininity within you, get to know it more and understand it better. It helps discover your creativity and potential, your individuality. “Ambika” means “Mother” or “essence”, it is Devi, Shakti and Parvati aspects within you that helps you stay reminded that you are indeed a woman.

Kundalini Mantra for women
There are a few more mantras I’d like to mention that are less known or popular. One of them is mantra from Kundalini yoga practice and called “Adi Shakti”. If you chant this mantra, it will activate the energy of love that was suppressed inside of you because of the fear of being rejected or failed relationships in the past. This mantra is specifically for women as it calls upon Mother Power.
Adi Shakti Adi Shakti Adi Shakti, Namo Namo
Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti, Namo Namo
Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati, Namo Namo
Kundalini Mata Shakti Mata Shakti, Namo Namo
Mantra of Violet Flame
Another rare mantra for women is the mantra of the Violet Flame. This mantra helps correct your karma, no more or less. It is important to chant this mantra with a positive mood. If woman’s karma is polluted with wrong deeds from the past, she may experience uncomfortable sensations during this mantra chanting, which means the cleansing process has began. If you chant and experience this, just keep chanting unless it feels too uncomfortable, in which case you can stop it for a little and continue again later.
Om Lalo Aloim
Lama Lama Laloim
Om Aum Aoloim
Eolo Elo Aloim
Tibetan Mantra for Woman
At last, this very short mantra, or bija mantra (meaning one-syllable manyta) improves relationships within family. You should chant this short but sweet mantra in a way to make it sound like the ring of the bell. Prolong the sound and sing it.

How to Chant Mantras
First and foremost, you have to believe they work. You cannot automatically recite mantra without feeling anything about it. You have to do it sincerely from your heart, and feel the mantra. This is the main and most important condition for mantra chanting practice.
And here are several other secrets to make your beautiful mantra practice as successful as possible.
❦ All mantras ideally should be repeated in three steps: chanting out loud (language of humans), chanting with loud whisper (language of lovers), and chanting mentally to yourself (language of Gods).
❦ It is best to sing them as songs or hymns versus just reading them. It brings life to the text of mantra and kind of makes it alive, charges it so that it can work for you later. It is important to know the tonality and the consequence of syllables and sounds.
❦ You can chant together with another singer with recorded version. And it is important to choose the one that resonates with you the most. It amplifies the effect of the mantra.
❦ It is important to chant mantra all alone, when you are by yourself. It also makes it easier if you are a beginner.
❦ You have to be relaxed and in a good positive mood.
❦ You have to set a specific clear intention on why you chant this particular mantra. You can say your intention out loud at the beginning and at the end of your chanting: “I now chant this mantra to attract happiness to my life. I direct all of the benefits of this mantras to happiness that comes to my life”.
❦ It is best to just “work” with one mantra at a time. Avoid mixing several ones and stick to one mantra until you receive what you were chanting it for.
❦ Mala beads are very helpful because they allow your mind to relax and not count until 108 mentally. Just touch them bead by bead until you do a full circle of 108 repetitions.
❦ Usually each mantra has a specific time of the day when it should be recited. General rule is: it is good to read every mantra for fulfillment early in the morning, and every cleansing mantra – in the evening.
❦ Make sure you sit with straight spine. You can sit on the floor with crossed legs or on the chair. You should feel nice, warm and comfortable.
❦ It best to close your eyes while you do it. This helps leave your worries outside of your practice.
❦ At the end of the practice it is a good idea to sit a little bit in silence and notice if there is any difference in your body or mind. Soak in the mantra. Listen to your heartbeat. Calm your breath.
❦ It is important to practice mantra chanting regularly. Then you will get the result that keeps accumulating piece by piece with each chanting.
❦ If you just listen to recordings of mantras instead of chanting them yourself, you also get the benefits of it! They will be much less but still there.
Ancient prayers from the East bring harmony into your life and relationships. They cannot dramatically change the way you look like a plastic surgeon but they can change what you have inside. They can make your heart more receptive and your soul more pure. You will emanate the energy or love and gentleness when you practice them. And these energies will for sure make you look more attractive for everyone and bring true love into your life.
