Every woman is dreaming (or secretly dreaming) of attracting a wonderful man in her life, or a lot of luck and success, or a lot of opportunities or improved relationships. Whatever it is, to make our dream come true we need to reunite with our feminine, woman’s essence. And to do that, as well as to get rid of the obstacles that we have on emotional and physical levels to get what we want, we need to be getting into special practices that help us find balance and restore us as women.
What are women’s practices?
Women’s or feminine practices have one goal – to take away the imbalance of energies inside of us and to bring back harmony by connecting us with our natural essence. For all women, it is important to keep and maintain beauty, health, sexuality, softness, and femininity. Women’s practices help release body blockages and let the inner energy flow freely, and move anywhere in the body. By getting rid of “mental garbage”, peace and serenity come into a life of a woman because by losing negative statements and thoughts an ability to relax comes into her life, as well as an ability to focus on her beauty and self-confidence.
When a woman starts practicing things and working with her own resources, exploring them internally, she has an opportunity to find the connection between her own inner state of feeling and external manifestations. As a result, she is able to let go of hurt, anger, negativity, fears, and tension. And instead, she finds sexuality, wisdom, and faith in her own power.
Suddenly, a woman has the ability to easily share love and warmth with others, and charm people with her irresistible presence from first sight. And of course, relationships with men go onto a whole new level, harmony and tenderness come out. And that is when women can finally manifest and realize any goal or dream in their life.
What kind of women’s practices are there?
Practices, especially spiritual ones, usually include various breathing exercises, meditations, prayers, chanting and affirmations, and visualization. They help women to bring out their own internal power and to get in touch with the channels of sexual energy, which is our main vital energy. And when a woman has this kind of experience, she can be truly a creator and master of her own positive life changes.
All women’s practices consist of three types:
Energy Practices
There are special practices that help you balance the masculine and the feminine in you. By working with chakras and doing various exercises for that a woman receives the ability to open up her potential to the fullest and find the source of wisdom and power, as well as experience internal harmony and balance in her soul.
The increase of feminine energy is what helps with attracting the opposite sex – men. Energy practices help with getting rid of solitude and unhappy relationships, that usually pass from generation to generation on a maternal line in the family.
For this type, we usually do tantric, Vedic, and moon practices, as well as Slavic rituals if you are in Europe or Russia.
Body Practices
These are various techniques where we work with the body and improve our female health, learn how to control our body, increase our attractiveness, and develop sensuality. There are a lot of different Eastern systems of improving health that help us to fill in with energy, get rid of chronic diseases, and rejuvenate the body. Women who practice them are always full of energy, fit, slim, and happy.
These practices are different types of yoga, fitness, dances, and dynamic meditations.
Psychological Practices
Here we have art therapy, visualizations, and meditations that have the goal of developing and raising femininity, correcting it, and maintaining an emotional and psychological state of mind of a woman.
Both group practices and working individually will be helpful for a woman to open up her own personal features, find her internal resources and feel her own value and uniqueness. As a result, usually she will have positive changes in her life after that.
Where To Start?
The very first thing to do before you start is to mentally prepare for what you are about to do, and become aware of that. There should not be any thoughts that distract you. You should turn your cell phone off and get rid of any other distractions. Let your loved ones know you will be doing something for yourself and will need some time alone. Do not do any practice if you are in bad mood. Tune in to work and listen to yourself carefully. Perhaps, turn some nice soothing music on.
If you do find yourself in a bad mood or just feel down, in general, most of the time, watching feel-good movies, reading books you love, and listening to nice music should help you shift your mood and fill yourself with good energy. Another thing you can try is massage as it helps clear out your thoughts from some negative memory. You can go somewhere to get it prior to your practice or you can do a self-massage, starting with your fingers with some oil. You can add ears and feet here too. In a few minutes, you should feel a new wave of energy and mood improvement.
The key to mastering any practice of femininity is to fully accept yourself as you are, as a first step. A woman should love herself how she is already. This is how she can feel as a real Goddess.
Other things that are nice to keep in mind, and I personally love doing that are the following seasons of the year and moon cycles.
With seasons, you just follow what they naturally represent. Spring is usually a time of nature’s awakening, and it is also a birth of new energy flow. So, during Spring it is best to support the awakening of this energy. In Summer, we need to use that energy to the fullest. During the Autumn season, we need to make sure to keep and maintain energy “stocks” for the upcoming Winter. And in Winter, the practices should be dedicated to cleansing.
As for the moon cycles, we need to keep in mind what kind of moon phase we are in currently. That during the Waxing Moon energy increases and grows. At Full Moon, it reaches its highest peak. Waning Moon is when the energy is going away. And New Moon is when we start from scratch and set new intentions. That is the reason why we need to do practices energy accumulation and filling during the Waxing Moon. And for cleansing and detox practices we do them during the Waning Moon. Every Moon or Lunar day has its own energetic specifications and meaning.
The time of the day also makes a difference. In the morning our energy channels in the body are ready to open up so practices at that time will help with that. During the day practices help cleanse the body. And at night, our practices work on maintaining the energy and on harmonizing us overall.
Specific Practices
Since morning is the best time to fill our body with energy, it is a good idea to start the day with something that will do just that: perhaps a light meditation, even while still in bed. You can just turn on some nice music, relax and imagine yourself in a big green meadow. How you are laying on soft grass, and sunshine from above warms up your body and charge it up with cheerfulness. You feel how your body is getting full of light and energy. Your skin is glowing from the inside out. It is a good time to say some affirmations at that time.
Sexual cleansing
There are energy practices for women where the main goal is to forgive yourself and others, to get rid of grudges and feelings of being hurt, and to help get closer with loved ones and people around to attract more love. For example, there is a practice called “Circle of Power” that helps women cut off sexual and/or internal connections with former partners. It is impossible to build good relationships without first working through previous ones, and reaching a feeling of internal balance and harmony.
Female health
Female health can be improved with some practices too. One practice like that is when you stand up and put your feet shoulder-width apart. Now start moving your hips in a circular motion in a counterclockwise direction. You start with smaller circles and then gradually increase them. When you inhale, you move forward, and when you exhale you move back. Make sure to keep your feet attached to the ground, and do not move your shoulders. You need to feel every point of your circle and feel its power. Then, focus on your internal female organs, and on your energy. Imagine how the flows of light disperse inside of you. And then start moving in another, clockwise direction.
Womb health
Our womb is our center of gravity. And we need to regularly nourish it. There is a very special exercise that can help develop and nourish our main energetic center in the body, our womb. If this organ is blocked energetically, it will deplete a woman, creating internal cold inside (otherwise known as frigidity). So, releasing blocks from this area can help resolve many gynecological problems. Our womb should always be pulsating, warm, and alive.
This meditation-exercise helps us move the energy down. First, you will need to sit down and relax for 5-10 minutes. With your eyes closed, take a deep inhale and exhale. As you inhale deeply again with your chest, gradually lower your exhale down in your belly. Imagine how energetic flow moves slowly. Feel with your whole body this process of energy moving. Breathe with your belly calmly and slowly, and then at some point try to breathe with your womb.
Next, keep the focus of your attention on the level of your womb. Try to feel it as much as you can. After a few deep inhales and exhales try to breathe slowly with your womb. You can visualize how with every inhale your womb opens up and expand, and with exhale it contracts and closes. Hold your breath by focusing on your womb for about 2-3 minutes. Let every inhale fill it with light and warmth, and every exhale let go of all hurt, fears, negativity, and pain. Womb breathing helps get rid of irritation, anxiety, and fear.
Our ability to consciously be in control of our intimate muscles raises our sexual sensitivity. A woman gains the ability to feel her beloved on a totally different level. She can even restart the relationships from scratch and fire them up on a brand new level.
Yoga Help
Yoga can definitely help us fill up with feminine energy, as long as it is a slower-paced yoga like Yin or Women’s Yoga. It can help overcome various issues for women. Yoga exercises can help us maintain and improve our health.
There are special yoga exercises during the period of pregnancy. They help alleviate the tension in the lower back. For instance, the cat-cow exercise is very helpful. You would stand on your hands and knees, pushing the floor away and maintaining your back straight. Then inhale and on the exhale arch your back upwards in a cat-like movement, you can hold your breath here for a little bit. And then on the exhale expand your belly downwards and stretch. This should always feel very good.
Yoga can also help during our Moon days of bleeding, and help manage painful sensations. Exercises for that are all about relaxation. For example, you can do a pose where you stretch your leg to the side while standing on the other one. One arm is touching the ground, and the other one is stretched up. This pose allows blood to flush our female organs, and you can imagine yourself as a plant reaching up to the sky and sunlight.
Maintaining The Results
To keep our amazing results with us and to keep them growing more it is important to get connected and nurture ourselves with Nature. Even short walks outside, in the park, or trips outside of the city to nature can help redirect our thoughts. Try to move a lot. Visit places where you have never been before. Travel to new cities and countries. Give flowers and gifts to yourself. Make sure to surround yourself with women friends who inspire you and give you energy.
Eating properly also plays an important role. Taking warm baths helps strengthen our vitality. Make sure to go to bed early enough and sleep enough. For women, it is best to go to bed before 10 pm and have at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
Upon waking up express your gratitude to all the higher forces who guide and protect you for the ability to see, hear, walk, feel, love, smile, and breathe. Then, read some mantras, and prayers or read spiritual books. Find time to stay by yourself and meditate. Fill yourself with joy and positive emotions.
