In modern life and society it can be hard to achieve and maintain this special state. Nevertheless, it is crucial to find ways to replenish yourself with good energy. As every woman’s is naturally a nurturer, in one way or another, she has to know how to refill herself.

First of all, according to yogic teachings, each human being has a field of aura around them. This auric field is sixteen times stronger and denser in women than in men. Additionally, women are naturally able to participate in several activities at the same time. Historically, women were able to take care of several things at the same time, waiting in the cave, while the man was busy with just one thing – hunting. This ability is a special and truly divine gift for woman so that she can serve and take care of so many people and things easily. However, on the flip side of this gift there is always a chance to become very depleted. This is another reason why we need to learn how to stop everything and just take care of ourselves.
Three Main Sources of Deliciousness
As we can see, being filled with energy and staying in harmony and at peace is extremely important for woman. So what are some natural ways of refilling ourselves and staying delicious? There are three main sources.
- Energy at birth
Each human being has a certain amount of energy they receive as soon as they are born. For a woman, this is something she receives from her mother, grandmother and all previous women in her family. Also, this energetic source was partially gifted by the universe itself in a way of stars and planets alignments. Sciences like astrology or numerology can help determine this amount of energy at birth, as well as give some recommendations on how to maintain it on the optimum level, how to correct something if the energy goes away too quickly. - External sources of energy
There are three large groups of external sources of energy: air or breathing, food and experiences.

The general rule for proper breathing would be to try to breathe deeper and use our belly more than our chest, with having longer exhalations.
Second most important group is food. It can be a true medicine if we eat good quality food and if we eat it the proper way. Food can both give us energy and take it away. If we strive to fill ourselves with life force and energy, we should pay attention to how and what we eat. Fresh fruits and vegetables have the most amount of Prana. The way we cook food is also important. The more natural way of cooking and the less amount of time we need for it will give us meal with most amount of Prana. Open fire is the best way to cook.
In addition to that, it is very important how we cook. Since food can literally soak in the information, it is important to cook with good intentions and heart, in a good mood and maybe with some praying or even singing. How we eat meal is another important criteria that I have mentioned earlier.
Third most important group is experiences – of events, people and places. You might noticed that if you spend time somewhere on nature with your good friends enjoying all the activities, you feel rested in the end. You feel like you were recharged. And on the other hand, when you had to spend time somewhere where there is negativity or too many people, you always need time to restore yourself. Good people and good places give us energy, and we need to remember to make good choices.
- Internal sources of energy
Internal sources of energy for women are everything she can do for herself to become full again. In this case, there are three main criteria: staying in peace, enjoying the process and staying in contact with ourselves.
One of the best ways to refill with energy for women is all kinds of creativity, singing, dancing, meditation. You don’t really need a lot of time to do those, the most important thing is that you enjoy it. Creativity is something we all naturally have as women and staying creative for us is crucial to our feminine being.
Some of the main ways to fill yourself with energy are quite simple and very enjoyable for women. Pampering ourselves and making ourselves pretty is one of them – anything from massages to make up and playing with hair do wonders. It is important to enjoy the process. Another way is to use clothes. This is a very effective and very feminine way to recharge ourselves. That is why women love shopping so much. Even just trying something on will give us energy. Wearing skirts and dresses is something most basic but most effective in terms of restoring our feminine energy.
Some of the other ways would be anything that requires slowing down and retrospecting internally: crafting, slow walking, gardening, house cleaning. It is important to do all those things not for the final goal but just for the process itself. Meeting with girlfriends and just meeting with women is very beneficial as well.
Taking care of any living creatures will charge us with energy tremendously, whether it is children, pets or plants. Staying in contact with our body is also important. So any bodywork or exercise that requires paying attention to bodily sensations work good also. And last but not the least – experiencing something beautiful to receive aesthetic pleasure. It can be visiting a museum, a theater, and an art gallery – anything that makes you feel in awe and brings you visual admiration.
