Whether you know it or not, there is always something that is stealing your energy right now. To know about stealers of energy is as important as to know how to accumulate and save your energy. I keep talking about energy because for woman energy is everything. It is her main currency if you wish. People, and especially men, are not so much after physical appearance but after energy. So, it is very valuable and we should always educate ourselves on ways to conserve it.
So what are the 10 main stealers of woman’s energy? We will talk about energy loss on mental, emotional, and physical levels.
Mental Stealers Of Energy
1. Unfinished projects.
Every time you start a project and do not finish it, it will take away your energy. I am guilty of that. And it is happening not only because of the physical resources that were spent but also there is an unfinished process in your mind. Think of it as a computer application that got started and was never finished. It takes away the battery, speed, and memory.
Unfinished projects also include: promises that were given but never fulfilled, any sort of debts, started projects without continuation, taking over something that you cannot handle.
What to do: you should either try to finish these or make yourself a statement: “This is no longer relevant to me, so I am removing it from my list/life” and erase it marking it mentally as “done”.
2. Internal/external chatter and fussiness.
You may not think of it as something important but with speaking there is a great amount of energy that we lose. Whether it is a mental internal chatter to ourselves (which happens more often than you think) or external actual chatter with everyone else. It is good for a woman to be able to talk out things once in a while but constantly talking to everyone about everything is very depleting for us.
What to do: once you start practicing mediations or taking silence vows (like in Vipassana practice), you will notice the difference quite quickly.
3. Lying to yourself or others.
Whenever we lie, we have to spend a lot of energy to keep the images we created in our heads. Additionally, the flow of energy from our heart to our throat chakra gets disrupted when we lie. And no one wants a disrupted energy flow in a body.
What to do: stop trying to be someone you are not. Eradicate hypocrisy and self-deception. Start telling truths to yourself and others.
Emotional Stealers for Energy
4. Grievances, being reserved, and other ways of self-isolation
When we have unexpressed emotions, especially what we consider negative ones, this literally blocks us and our energy. It closes and shuts down our energetic systems which cause failures on a physical level and disease happens. Every human is an open energetic system. If we isolate someone, they will languish and eventually fall apart. For a woman, it is crucial because we are a flow, and we need to be in a flow. Without being in a flow we dim, internally and externally.
When does this happen: besides emotional pains and grudges we hold on to, it often happens when we cut out our family connections, forget our ancestors, neglect our land or homeland. When a person is not included in (or excluded from) any type of community, this also weakens us. And when we lose connection or cut it off with our cultural egregore (our cultural background and traditions), we also lose energy.
5. Fear, distrust, and hostility.
Fear takes a large amount of energy from anyone and especially from women. The same thing happens when we are scared or lacking trust as with feeling offended. Additionally, we keep our bodies in a constant state of war and ready to fight, so we lose an incredible amount of energy. This is very depleting.
What to do: try to do some internal work and to get rid of as many fears as possible. It is quite hard to release all of the fears completely, but even some of them will release free energy and stop it from going away.
Physical Stealers of Energy
6. Diseases, unhealed wounds, and traumas.
Everything that needs healing in your body will always take away your energy. Whether it is digestion or something with your vertebra, the body will always try to fix it and thus spend some energy on it. Remember this: the body wants to live. So it will do anything to stay alive.
What to do: do your best and assess your beautiful body today, and try to heal it as soon as possible. Is it your teeth? Find a good dentist, start a new dental routine, research metaphysical reasons for teeth decay (you will be surprised). Is it your skin? Look into your diet, heal your gut and maybe find a dermatologist.
7. Unhealthy environment, pollution, energy vampires.
Those are all the things that are somewhat out of our control, and being aware of them is the first step in taking control of your energy. These things include unpleasant or unhealthy people in your life, living in polluted or geopathogenic zones.
What to do: evaluate your environment and try your best to clear it. Whether it is removing unhealthy connections or moving to another city.
8. Physical over-exertion or lack of thereof.
Here we have opposite reasons. Sometimes we get too tired physically by doing too much work, which is the most common energy stealer. We don’t have enough energy for this kind of work, so we keep ourselves in a constant state of energy starvation if we keep working and never give ourselves a chance to rest. And on the opposite. When we do not move enough or exercise, this creates stagnation and we stop generating energy.
What to do: make sure to stop when you need a break. And also, spend time in nature and take time to connect with it. Women get recharged in nature easily and quickly. You can combine nicely the two things and for example, do some yoga in a park or by the lake.
9. Various intoxications.
The intoxication of the body happens when we consume anything that turns into a toxic substance in our body, whether it is from the nature of this thing or from its amount. Intoxication includes over-eating, consuming alcohol or drugs, smoking. All of these things take a lot of energy because our body spends precious resources to detox itself and clear it out. This in turn takes a toll on our nervous system, our kidneys, and intestines.
10. Depletion of sexual organs.
This is the greatest energy stealer of them all. Sadly, our sexual culture is quite perverted and most people do not even know what sexual energy is. It is boiled down to the pure satisfaction of our sex organs without taking into consideration the energetic processes. This includes both casual sex and self-pleasure. All of this causes the depletion of our sexual energy reserve, and it is the deepest reserve that takes the longest time to refill. And it also takes the greatest amount of energy to do that. On top of that, we receive the greatest harm from it as well. So, we need to be very aware of where, how, and with who we spend it.
What to do: besides being more aware, you can change your behavior pattern and work on sexual energy clearing.
I enjoyed reading this and it has helped me a lot
Thank you and I am SO happy to hear it!
I feel stressed when I try to act feminine.. what should be that??
Hi Rose. It means your actions outside do not match your energy inside. You try to be not what you are. Try to feel what inside of you is missing in terms of femininity. Much love <3
