Did you know that femininity is a power? Contrary to popular belief, it is a real power that comes from within every woman. Some women are aware of it, and some simply do not know that it is there, waiting to be discovered. And because this power lies inside each of us it is important to understand one simple thing: our feminine happiness does not depend on anything that is outside of us. No amount of relationships, money, children, or any other external things can influence your power of femininity. This power comes from within a woman.
Within every woman, there is a source, a source of feminine power. The secret of this source lies in happiness and joy without any apparent reason, it lies in the feeling of fulfillment, the feeling of self-love. If a woman has this kind of special state inside of her, then anything else outside will happen and be attracted on its own, naturally. And if there is nothing inside, then no family, no partner, no children and no money will truly make her happy.
So what are the 10 steps that help us reconnect with our feminine power?
Step 1. Forgiveness.
Forgiveness if the first and most basic but most important step to regaining your power. Regardless of the fact that some people think forgiveness is a weakness, it is actually a great strength, because it is not easy to truly forgive someone. So, it is very important to completely forgive and let go of everyone who ever hurt you, starting from early childhood. That state of being easy-going, light, and joyful cannot come if you are full of resentment, anger, and old pain. Let. It. Go. Don’t forget to forgive the most important person – yourself.
Step 2. Contact with your Inner Girl.
Your inner girl, or inner child, is a little girl that is always joyful and playful. If you are in contact with her, you will be able to translate these same qualities outside. If that is not the case, you won’t be able to be happy and feel joy just because. Kids don’t need a reason to be happy, they are walking happiness themselves. So staying in contact with your inner girl will allow you to experience that. Once it happens, maintain it and instead of self-criticism and self-judgment, you will always support and protect yourself.
Step 3. Body care.
Take care of your body. The body is everything to a woman. Taking care of it is nourishing our femininity directly, through a simple physical level. So, spend a lot of time with your body. You can do it however you want, but make sure you designate a time to connect with it and pamper. It can be healthy eating, massages, exercises, walking, spa procedures, etc.
Step 4. Follow your heart.
What does it really mean? It really means – to follow your heart’s desires. You can sit on a couch one fine afternoon and suddenly feel like you need to get up and change your clothes – do it. Or maybe you need to go outside to breathe in some fresh air – go outside and do it. And also, following your heart means closely listening to what you are about to do and whether you really want it or not. Do you REALLY want to do it? And what do you REALLY want? Those two questions are important. This is your heart speaking to you, so listen to it. Because guess what – what woman wants, God wants (which means all of your desires are for the greater good 😉 )
Step 5. Feel more.
Feeling more versus thinking more. “Feeling” is about sensations, intuition, premonition, primal voices that all women have strongly inside of them. Learn to listen to the signals of your body and have a real conversation with it. Learn to notice the signals of your heart too. This will bring back your ancient intuitive knowledge that all women always had and will have. This is a very big part of our feminine power.
Step 6. Daily regimen.
Rhythms and patterns are important for a woman. She has a cyclical nature, so following the cycles is only natural for us. For this reason, having a certain daily regimen, with certain rituals and routine that happens every day, is important for us women. This will help you to stay filled with energy. Once your find your ideal rhythm of the day, best times to get up and go to sleep, to eat and exercise, to work and have rest, then you will be able to stay energized and peaceful more easily. When we are tired, we get easily irritated. So, good sleep, good rest, rituals, and feminine practices are simply vital for us.
Step 7. Keep dreaming.
I mean this literally. Dream more and dream big, or dream just of anything. Dreaming of a certain future, especially if your dreams are documented in your journal, is a powerful tool that brings us inspiration and peace of mind in our present. And they also help us reconnect with your feminine power here and now. The conscious vision of our future allows us to be the Master of our life and get to our goals step by step. Journaling it, or – writing it down on a paper, solidifies it even more. Because once your desires are on paper, you take another step to transform them from something abstract in your head to something more literal and tangible, just on a paper.
Praise yourself in your own eyes, then you won’t want that praise from others.
Step 8. Adore yourself.
You probably think “Loving yourself is already hard enough and you are talking about adoring myself??” Yes, I am. For a woman, it is very important to admire herself, to really relish her own beauty, and to realize she is a unique, perfect, glorious being, comparing to her own self. This last part is the key. The reason it is so hard for us to love ourselves, let alone adore ourselves, is because we constantly compare ourselves to someone else (most likely to other women). Comparing ourselves to other women does not make any sense, really. Every one of us is unique. We can only become better (if we choose to want that) comparing to our past self. So, look at yourself in the mirror more often with love and adoration, give yourself compliments, write yourself love notes, sing yourself serenades. Praise yourself in your own eyes, then you won’t want that praise from others.
Step 9. Contact with your Angels.
Your angels are important for your feminine power, whether you believe in them or not. Angels or Divine Power are your invisible protection. Remember to always be grateful for their guidance and protection, and just keep in mind you are always safe. This will bring you a sense of inner peace, relaxation, and trust in the world. And those things are important for a woman who wants to be successful in life, so it is important to relax and to trust. Any tension will always disrupt the flow of your feminine power and feminine energy.
Step 10. Sacral feminine knowledge.
There is an incredible amount of ancient women’s sources of wisdom, ancient feminine techniques, and practices, rituals, and exercises, the knowledge that goes from woman to woman. Learn all of this, stay curious and open. Maybe try a different style of clothing and wear more skirts and dresses. This has a very ancient explanation of why it is important for a woman, hence my mentioning it. Try to grow out your hair, this has an explanation too. Just simply invest in a more feminine style of outfits. These are the basics of ancient women’s practice that will help you to make the first step in that direction.
Remember that being born a woman is great happiness. Enjoy your woman’s nature, explore it, play with it. The most important thing is to stay filled with this internal love and stay connected with your true inner essence. These are the things that truly bring you woman’s happiness and reconnect you with your feminine power.
