Today I will share about energy exchange of man and woman on the level of chakras, from fourth to seventh chakra. You can read about first three chakras in my article from last week.
Let’s jump right in.
Fourth Chakra: Love
The fourth chakra, Anahata, is located in the area of the heart. It is not the heart itself but it governs all heart matters, and primarily love. This our very feminine chakra, and because of that it is active in us, women. This means that as women, we should give on this level, and men should receive. If this is done the other way around, this brings discomfort to both parties sooner or later. Physiologically, women have breasts here, which represent giving.
You probably had something like that happened at least once in your life. I know, I had several times actually. You have someone around you all the time, trying to court you or maybe give you all his attention, give you flowers. He is all over you. Meeting you everywhere, and would do anything you want. And you look at him and think: “He is a good person. Very good. But I don’t love him, at all”. And you cannot believe it because he is so good. Have you had it?
This happens because man here took on the activity of the fourth chakra. He gives, and woman has no other option because she cannot love him, it doesn’t work this way. And if we cannot love, nothing good will come out of it. Because love is our everything, from the feminine perspective.
Relationships like this, when a man is all over a woman and completely focused on just her, won’t last. If a woman cannot love, which means she cannot fulfill herself from this heart center, she would suffer. So, in reality, wanting to have someone who would love you like that, would give you this and that, is not a good idea.
So it is a good thing if men do not take charge of this chakra. It is better if they let you give love and fulfill yourself here. This is when you can fully express yourself, open up and spoil your beloved. This doesn’t mean however that you would be the only one who gives him something. Your partner will be doing something for you as well, in return.
However, this will be happening not from the level of the heart center, and this is very important to understand. It will be a different quality of giving – from their respective male masculine centers. Those would be either from the first chakra, by providing you some basic needs and comfort. Or from the level of third chakra – by giving you some gifts, maybe buying things for you. It would bring him pleasure, if he sees that you are authentic and open.
So bottom line, do not expect some crazy romantic gestures from men, or some great amount of pleasure. Giving pleasure is our responsibility, as women. Men will give us other things, by taking care of us, protecting us and providing safety.
Meditate on it.
Fifth Chakra: Self-expression
Fifth chakra, Vishuddha, is about communication and self-expression. This chakra is for the masculine, so men here give and women – receive. A man is active on this level of energy exchange, and we can see it on the physiological level again – Adam’s apple.
It is extremely important for a man to express himself in life. This is his main goal, to become someone in life. For a woman, her main self-expression and self-realization is within family. For her, becoming someone outside of the family should be secondary. So if woman learned how to give love on her heart level, this brings man’s energy higher up and now he doesn’t want to simply earn money and cover the basic needs. Now he wants to create something and leave it here, a legacy. He wants to affect or change history. He wants to improve this world. This is when all the great deeds are made, on this level.
All these great deeds are usually dedicated to women and are done for women. Our role here is to receive and to accept, since this chakra is passive in us, women. We should be accepting it with great joy and gratitude. Imagine yourself a princess who is receiving a victory of a knight who was fighting for her or because of her. This is how you should feel, so that men have someone to do all of this for – to conquer the world, to save the planet, to start expeditions.
So, here is a secret here. If you want your partner to not only work to survive, but to change the world – learn to truly love him. The energy of your love is a great transformational force, creating a true alchemy that can lift his energy up to his throat center and make him a real hero.
Meditate on it.
Sixth Chakra: Clairvoyance
On this level of sixth chakra, Adjna, woman is active again and man is passive. So woman gives and man receives. Ideally, each woman should be a first helper and assistant of her man. Her main help though is not about doing something he doesn’t want to do. It is about something that he does not have naturally – clairvoyance.
Us, women, we are very intuitive and empathic creatures from birth, naturally. We are much more in contact with this side of us, much more than men. They can have it too, however it would take some time, effort and will power to make it stronger. This is why woman usually gives good advice to her man because she has her intuition in action. So ideally, whatever a woman feels, man should listen to it. This will only happen if he is fully content and fulfilled on his other three levels: on the first level as the head of family, on the second level as a provider and on a third level as a person with a mission. Only then he would be able to listen to what his woman tells him.
This is how a woman protects her man, in her own subtle feminine way. If she feels danger, or is unsure of something, she has to share it with him. A wise man will listen and follow her advice.

Seventh Chakra: Souls
This chakra, Sahasrara, works the same way for men and women. There is no one here who is passive or active, and no one who only receives or only gives. This is our connection to the Creator, and it doesn’t matter if we are a man or a woman on this level. What matters here is that we are all souls. And souls do not have gender.
This level is about an absolute union with each other and just a devotion and dedication to God or Source. It is about our remembrance of who we truly are and why we are here.
Divine Mission
To conclude, I would like to stress out that we were given bodies of different genders for a great purpose and reason. We come here in a body of a man or a woman to fulfill our great divine mission on Earth. Our gender simply gives us clues and creates sort of a path that we should follow, and we can fill it with whatever we want. It is ultimately our subtle guidance, on what and how we should be doing things.
So for us, ladies, when we were given a body of a woman, a Creator helped us and narrowed down our duties and responsibilities, and showed us our role more clearly as a way of his love and protection.
Meditate on it. Again.

Another great post! I am a little confused on the difference between woman being the one to provide love/affection to the man but not being the one to pursue man- would you mind clarifying that? 🙂
Kind regards!
Hi and thank you! 🙂
Ok, woman is a creature of love on her own, she should be giving love to the whole world, not only to her partner. This is how fourth chakra works for her.
However, this is not to be confused with pursuing. We are talking about two people who are already together, and they gradually work through all chakras one by one, from bottom to top. Pursuing is not about love, it is about conquering and reaching the goal. And goals and conquering are man’s responsibilities (his third chakra) 🙂
Does that make it sound more clear?
Yes, that does make sense. Because women should be kind to people in general, including her man but for the sake of the act in itself, not for an ulterior motive including approval, favors, etc. And oh, I’m glad you mentioned that man and woman should go through the chakras from the bottom-up; this is good to know and makes a lot of sense.
Thank you for your response. I have known a few women in my life that were very feminine and alluring. I admired them very much and watched them closely in my interactions with them to see what it was about them that made them feminine but it was hard to put my finger on it exactly. Your posts explain it and break it down thoroughly. It’s something truly forgotten, buried, in today’s society. Men are criticized for their “toxic masculinity” and yet women are pushed to be more successful and accomplished like men… and then we can’t find a man that’s “man enough” for us. I have heard that women report lower levels of happiness today than in the past and I’m sure this has something to do with it.
Sorry for the long-winded response, but there are few people who I can talk to about this so thank you for listening. And again, thank you for your beautiful, well-written blog! ♡
Yes, I did not mention the movement of energy in the article, but it does go from bottom to the top.
And very well said, precisely. There has been a lot of pressure on men lately but everything in the Universe is in perfect balance, like Yin and Yang. If women want to be independent and strong, that makes them more masculine. Which in turn makes men more feminine. So here, we have the not “man enough” situation going on.
If you could spend more time with those women who inspire femininity in you, that is wonderful!
And your response is perfect, feel free to reach out whenever you need. I am here for people and because of people like you 🙂
The follow-up is just as succinct as the first one. I’m convinced you’re under the source’s guidance. In years, i’ve read so many articles and only few has made me want to drop a comment. Yours is outstanding.
Thank you for explaining the balance between men and women. I wish more people would see this so that we can create harmony in the universe.
May the Creator continue to bless with light and love.
Thanks.
So very thankful for your feedback again! <3
