Energy Sources For Woman

I have already mentioned various ways for a woman to get more energy here and here. Among them there were things like massage, meeting with friends, beauty rituals and many other cute little things women of all ages can and should do. While it is still true, they sometimes give us only a short-term effect, sort of like an emergency type of energy that we need quickly. But what to do if we permanently feel drained and exhausted, and another manicure doesn’t really fix it?

When we sit down and contemplate on what is it that can give us the most amount of energy in life, that will also be permanent, we will come to these four simple fundamental points:

♥ Family tree and ancestors

♥ Connection with God/Source

♥ Your Soul’s Path

♥ Your Mission or Life Purpose

Let’s look at them one by one and see where we are at there.

Family tree and ancestors

This is the most powerful source of energy for a woman. What do I mean by saying “Family tree”? It is not exactly just your current relatives, even though they are included as well in it. It is in fact also your ancestors, all those other people who made their effort and played their role in the creation of you as a final “product”. All these people, generations and generations back, can give you a true and real power, like a huge army behind you. There are practices you can do to work with your ancestors, connect with them and ask for support and protection.

Trust me, once you start doing them, you will feel how much energy and love you receive from all of them. You will get the feeling of superpower, and that you can do anything you want. Because you have so many souls supporting you on your way.

When we don’t have support from our ancestors, these are things that we may experience:

∗ We look for energy elsewhere desperately, outside of ourselves.

∗ We have difficulties starting or keeping marriage and family together.

∗ We are not able to find our life purpose and cannot help people because of that.

∗ We get attached to people and things, for the fake feeling of fulfillment.

∗ We attract men who are not ready for responsibility because a man who is ready to start a family will subconsciously look for a woman with a strong protection from her ancestors, on a subtle level.

If you have support and energy from your family tree, you are one calm, harmonious female being full of true authentic love. This love is inside of you and all you do is share it with everyone around you, and not vice versa.

Connection with God/Source

Whatever you choose, God or Source or Universe, the main point is – to trust it. The feeling of trust and surrender to the order of things is truly a very powerful energy source for every woman. Everything that happens in our life comes to us from that Source, and we often forget to be thankful to it. The reason of that is it can be hard for us to admit that there is something stronger and more powerful than us out there. However, if you only trust and surrender at least for one day, you will experience miracles.

I know for a fact myself, that if I am overwhelmed with a busy schedule or the amount of things I need to accomplish during the day, I just surrender. So I say out loud or to myself: “I trust that everything will unfold on its own in the best possible way for me and others. I let it completely go and surrender”. It is important to really mean it though, and not try to control and squeeze as many things as you can after that. No, just take a pause and breathe out. And then just continue with your day, trusting. Things will then fall together miraculously, with minimum amount of effort from you. It happens every time for me.

Don’t forget to get in contact with the Divine, whatever that means to you, on a regular basis. Be thankful for everything, for the blessings you have and for the lessons you receive. Everything comes to you from the Divine source, from God.

What happens to us when we don’t trust this source?

∗ We are full of fears and doubts

∗ We are full of disappointments and anger

∗ We blame others in our misfortunes

∗ We act as victims

Your Soul’s Path

Most of us already forgot how to communicate with our soul. Our soul is our good companion and can show us our true Path, our life’s true purpose. If we listen to it and follow it, it gives us a tremendous amount of energy every single day. We will get all the help to make our every wish come true. It happens because every one of us comes to this Earth with our specific mission. And when we follow it, we always receive support and energy to fulfill this purpose.

One example of that would be when you had that one time in your life when you just acted out from your heart’s desire, ignoring all the “norms” and “rules” of society. Do you remember how you chose to not follow them and did something that you never regretted about? That was it. Do you remember how happy you were after that? This is the indication that you followed your Soul’s Path and did exactly what you supposed to.

How do you get in contact with your Soul? There are many ways to do it and here are some of them:

◊ Make sure you have time just for yourself daily, at least 4 hours

◊ Contemplate on life’s lessons your received

◊ Communicate with yourself, get to know yourself better

◊ Practice something spiritual: yoga, prayers, meditations, chanting

◊ Ask yourself by journaling what is it that you really want

When we follow our Soul’s Path, we are always filled with energy. It is simply inevitable. When we don’t follow it , here are the things that may happen in our life:

∗ It is hard for us to make a decision about anything

∗ It is hard for us to understand our feelings

∗ We do not understand what we really want

∗ It is hard for us to be ourselves because our truth is in our Soul

∗ We have a feeling of dissatisfaction or worry

∗ We have a feeling that we do something wrong, in a wrong time and place

∗ Everything comes to us with great difficulty: luck, love, blessings

Your Mission or Life Purpose

As you may have already guessed, this final point is the strongest one. When we follow our life mission, we are always filled with energy. This is a truthful and simple law of the Universe. This is something that you do here on Earth, where you don’t only give something out to the world, but also receive back a great deal.

The answer is very simple – just work on first three points of energy sources, and your life’s purpose will come to you naturally. You will be able to clearly understand it and start follow it right away.
